Ghynna has nearly 15 years of deep experience in the international tourism industry, a journey that has brought her into close contact with numerous startups and entrepreneurs from Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China. Throughout this process, she keenly realized that while she had long operated projects as a freelancer and possessed an entrepreneurial mindset, she had not effectively applied these experiences to her own business development.

Journey & History

This realization led Ghynna to a profound reflection, ultimately embracing the importance of "self-discipline, team building, and global impact." By strengthening her self-discipline, enhancing execution, and cultivating a team-oriented mindset—along with her unique “Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, and Division” method (adding core values, reducing inefficiencies, multiplying resource effectiveness, and eliminating internal resistance)—she successfully transformed her insights into practice. This not only revitalized her own business but also positioned her as an international coach.

As a mentor, Ghynna assists professionals from various industries in setting clear goals and refining their teambuilding and development strategies. She has observed that many startups and entrepreneurs focus excessively on external investments while often overlooking crucial factors such as human resources, market shifts, and the calculation of startup costs. As a result, they struggle to propose effective solutions during crises—or even to anticipate them in advance. To address this pain point, Ghynna designed a practical curriculum integrating strategy, negotiation, and personality analysis, equipping entrepreneurs with a systematic decision-making framework to shift from mere planning to strategic execution.
